クレジットカードによる国民年金保険料の納付について

今般の国際情勢を受け、VISA等の国際ブランドにおいてクレジットカード取引の事業停止が報じられております。

これに伴い、ロシア国内のカード会社が発行したクレジットカードで国民年金保険料納付を申し出されている方におかれましては、当該事業停止が再開されるまでは、クレジットカードでの国民年金保険料納付が行えません。（※1）

（※1）現在ロシア国外に居住されている方であっても対象となります。

クレジットカードによるお支払いができなかった場合は、納付ができなかった月の翌月中旬頃に納付書を送付しますので、納付書による納付をお願いします。

なお、引き続きクレジットカードによるお支払いをご希望の場合には、ロシア国内のカード会社が発行したクレジッカード以外のクレジットカードによる納付を改めて申し出していただく必要があります。

ご希望の際は、「国民年金保険料クレジットカード納付（変更）申出書」をご記入の上、年金事務所または事務センターへご提出ください（※2、※3）。

（※2）変更手続きには1～2カ月ほどかかりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
（※3）日本の金融機関口座からの振替納付も可能です。ご希望の際は、国民年金保険料口座振替納付（変更）申出書をご提出ください。

National Pension Contribution: Suspension of Contribution Payments by Russia-based credit card

As various media reported, international credit card companies, including VISA, announced the suspension of their operations in Russia in response to the current international situation.

Accordingly, if you use a credit card issued by a company in Russia to pay the National Pension contribution, your payments transaction will be suspended until the card company will resume their operations. *1
*1 People residing outside of Russia are also subject to this case.

If your contribution payments by credit card transaction is not successful, we will send you a payment notice (invoice) in the middle of following month (for which your contribution was not paid). Please pay contributions with the payment notice.

If you wish to pay contributions by a credit card other than the one issued by a company in Russia, you need to file a form to nominate new credit card.
Please file a completed form “National Pension contribution payment: Application (change) for credit card payment” at any JPS branch office or processing center. *2 *3
*2 Please note that it takes a couple of months to complete the change process.
